Evidence suggests that rosehip may be effective in relieving some symptoms associated with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. Idea for use-these can be eaten raw or boiled into tea.

Ingredients: Organic Rosehips, Cut & Sift. Seedless. (Rosa canina) Also known by  Dog rose, Hep tree, hip tree, wild brier, brier rose, hip fruit.

Suggested Uses: Add to soups, cooking, smoothies, baths, etc. Infuse in water or olive oil. For hot or cold tea, pour 8-12 oz of boiling water over 1 tsp. of herbs. Steep 3-4 min.
