Cramp bark is a bit bitter but as the name suggests it has been used to relieve cramps of many types.

Ingredients:  Organic cramp bark (Viburnum opulus). Also known by High Cranberry, Rose elder, Squaw Bush.

Serving Suggestion: For hot or cold tea, pour 8-12 oz of boiling water over 1 tsp. of herbs. Steep 3-4 min.
