Suma Root - Pfaffia paniculata - Wild harvested - Brazil 

Suma Root is nicknamed Brazilian Ginseng, Suma Root also has a history of use as a food source and it can be added to herbal formulations for its vanilla-like flavour. Typical preparations of Suma Root include decoctions and maceration as a liquid extract.

Decoction instructions: Add 1 Tbsp to 1L water. Boil low heat, steep 10 mins. Strain. Add lemon, stevia, cinnamon to taste if preferred.
