Mugwort Herb or Artemisia vulgaris, has a long and rich history of use in medicine as an herbal remedy. Mugwort Herb is a great source of vitamin C, beta carotene, fiber, calcium, and zinc. Many believe when used as a tea before bed, or sprinkled around your pillow, a person may have lucid dreams that night.

Ingredients: Organic Mugwort Herb (Artemisia vulgaris). Also known by Common mugwort, sailor's tobacco, felon herb.

2 oz. Loose Herbs

Suggested Uses: Add to soups, cooking, smoothies, baths, etc. Infuse in water or olive oil. For hot or cold tea, pour 8-12 oz of boiling water over 1 tsp. of herbs. Steep 3-4 min.
